We flew from Palermo airport to Edinburgh via Rome and Amsterdam and our luggage failed to arrive at Edinburgh.
At the lost luggage desk we were told to fill in a missing luggage form at the Swissport desk. We were also told to report the lost luggage with KLM online.
Once we arrived at our accommodation we received an email telling us that our luggage had been located in Amsterdam and did not make the Edinburgh flight however they had been put on the next available flight.
We rang several numbers (Swissport, Ital, KLM) requesting that our luggage be delivered to our accomodation.
NO ONE was able to help us…
We were given the run around of different numbers to try with no satisfaction or positive results.
This was unacceptable, stressful and most disappointing. We expected better from KLM.
Your service desk needs to offer assistance to those in need.
My husband had to return to the airport to attempt to retrieve our luggage.
Not good enough KLM.
