I am writing with reference to my lost baggage under reference CMBQR58405/29SEP23..our flight mis-connected in DOHA from SFO-DOHA and did not connect the CMB flight QR658..very poor response and no official could be contacted from QATAR for any info..extremely disappointed..we will not want to fly anymore with you..it could be tracked with baggage no.s where loading and unloading could have taken place..no response at all from QR staff.
Hi …Lost luggage CMBQR 58405/29SEP23…pls rush/check and inform where baggage was last loaded/unloaded for easy checking…no QR.staff was to be seen at arrival to assist. Upto now we have had no positive reply from Handling Agent Sri Lankan Airlines..I need this bag as my most important items are in this bag…it is not our fault that the flight delayed..I was a wheelchair passenger too..No assistance was granted even to come down front the aircraft carrying handluggae . We will not want to.ever fly QR and service wise this airline sucks..we travel on Business/Economy vlass and never had this bad experience with bother airlines
