Dear Customer Service Manager,
I am writing to complain about the customer service we receive from SINGAPORE AIRLINES located at Dhaka in Bangladesh. This has become a regular phenomenon of SINGAPORE AIRLINES at Dhaka Office.
I was appalled by the service of your representative who were very unfriendly, untimely in delivering queries. Your customer service representative Mr. Rifat including reservation representative does not answer telephone calls not even bother to call back. This lead us to divert business to other airlines. A bad customer service from SINGAPORE AIRLINES is frustrating and irritating. Travel Agents in Bangladesh are very frustrated on Singapore Airlines and dissatisfied on the customer service of world reputed airlines like Singapore Airlines.
